Free International Shipping on Orders $99 and Up:

Enjoy International shipping on all orders totaling $99 or more. If your order value is under $99, a standard shipping fee of $9.9 applies.

Discreet Packaging:

Your privacy is our top priority. We ensure complete discretion by packaging all products in plain, unmarked boxes and bubble envelopes.

No logos, website names, or references to kink, sex, or chastity appear on our packaging, so your order remains entirely confidential.

Order Processing Time:

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. However, customized products like chastity belts may require additional processing time, extending to a maximum of 2 weeks.

Shipping Times:

Shipping times provided on our website are estimated transit times and exclude order processing. Although we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays can occur due to factors beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience during such instances.

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping to more than 30 countries from our warehouse in China.

Standard shipping to the US generally takes 6-14 business days.

Buyers from countries other than the United States are required to cover any customs expenses incurred. Please familiarize yourself with your country's customs, and import regulations before placing an international order.

Address Accuracy:

Please verify the accuracy of your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from shipping to an incorrect address provided by the customer. In the case of a returned package due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may be charged.

Unsuccessful Delivery:

If delivery fails due to insufficient name or address, we cannot be held responsible. We will refund the order after receiving and checking it, subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Tracking Information:

While most packages are delivered promptly, global shipping delays may cause tracking information to display as "Arriving Late." We request your patience, as packages usually reach their destination eventually.

Lost Packages (Before Delivery):

If a package is lost in transit before delivery, we will replace it free of charge.

Lost Packages (After Delivery):

Once a package is marked as delivered, we cannot be held responsible for further issues, including theft. If you suspect your package is lost after delivery, thoroughly search your property and allow up to a week for potential delivery. If the package cannot be located, contact us for assistance, and we'll explore available options.
