Lost Packages During Transit:
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances may lead to packages being lost during transit. In the event of a lost package during transit, we are not liable for refunds. Lost Packages After Delivery:
Packages marked as delivered but subsequently lost are ineligible for refunds. If you believe your package is lost after delivery, please follow the instructions outlined in our Shipping Policy for further assistance.
Cancellations:
We understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel an order. To cancel an order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing it.
Please note that cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover handling and processing expenses. Refunds for canceled orders will be issued once we have received and inspected the returned items. The refund amount minus the restocking fee should typically appear in your account within 1-7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
Unsuccessful Deliveries:
In cases where a delivery is unsuccessful due to insufficient name or address details provided by the customer, we cannot be held responsible. Therefore, it's essential to ensure accurate and complete shipping information during the ordering process.
